Hohner Meisterklasse 7575C chromatic harmonica is made with high quality, unlike some of Hohner’s other models, this model is air tight from the factory and is beautiful to look at it and very nice to hold in hands.The Meisterklasse has a bright sound perhaps is due to its aluminum comb. It allows fast slide action and is very responsive. No issue and requires very little air to fire the reeds. If you prefer brighter sound, the Meisterklasse is for you. I prefer a darker sound with a bit more complexity, which I found the Meisterklasse is not giving me that. I have a Hohner Super 64X Performance and I like the sound of Super 64X Performance much better.Everyone likes certain things, the Meisterklasse is a great and high quality instrument but I just like certain sound that unfortunately the Meisterklasse doesn’t provide me with. I bought the Meisterklasse but returned it the second day. I was very disappointed and wanted to keep this baby so bad but it is just not for me, had to return. I love my Hohner Super 64X Performance. The Super 64X Performance has an awesome sound I like but it was leaking air from the factory unlike the Meisterklasse. I did some customization work to improve the airtightness and I succeeded. Now the Super 64X Performance is my number one favor. My number two is my Suzuki SCX 56 (14 hole) chromo. The Suzuki requires more air and effort to fire the reeds, not sure why. The Super 64X Performance is effortless so does the Meisterklasse. I wish the Meisterklasse’s sound would have a bit more complexity to it. Other than the sound, I really liked everything that the Meisterklasse presented and possessed.
