Venstar ACC0454 Skyport Wi-Fi Adapter for ColorTouch Thermostats - Remote Control & Smart Home Automation for HVAC Systems

I have used the Venstar T5800 thermostat for two years. Installation and programming was easy and it has performed flawlessly.Recently I added the Wi-Fi Skyport accessory. Installation was problematic since it wouldn’t connect to the internet. After contacting Venstar its techs worked with me and determined the problem was in my router. I called Qwest and one of its agents provided the fix.We recently returned from a month’s trip. Each day I was able to monitor the house temperature on my smartphone. When we returned the house was warm thanks to a simple adjustment in the Venstar smartphone app.Today the president of Venstar called and asked if my problem had been resolved. How many companies provide that kind of customer care and service?My only complaint is that the products are not made in America instead of China.
